Karangura Peak Hike

Explore the Karangura Peak that is located at the height of 3012M above the sea level with the great experts in Mountaineering tours in Uganda to get the alternative feel of the Rwenzori Mountains. Rwenzori Expeditions tailors one day hike to Karangura Peak as nature walk feel of the local community of the areas around the Fortportal Town.

The Trip will start with a transfer from Fortportal town to the start point of the hike as the guide will stay waiting for you to return back and transfer to Fortportal at the handlers office in the city.

The Karangura Peak is 3,012m Above sea level with beautiful views at the summit. The Karangura hike to the summit leads uphill through rain forest and Past Mountain marshes as the National Park is made of various vegetation covers.

Primates to spot

black and white Colubus monkeys,
blue monkey.
